Commonly Asked Figure Skating Questions  -

Who makes the decision if a skater will be asked to reskate one element on a MITF test?

Each panel of judges selects one of the members to act as the judge in charge.

At the end of a test, the judge in charge asks each of the other judges if they would like a reskate.

Two judges must agree for a reskate to occur.

The judge in charge inquires as to which element they would like to see, and makes a decision if more than one element is suggested by the judges.
